Click the "+ Add Item" button to add a new line item with description, quantity, and rate. To remove an item, click the delete button next to it. At least one line item must remain on the invoice.
How is the tax calculated on my invoice?
The tax is calculated as a percentage of the subtotal (quantity × rate for all items). You can set any tax rate in the Tax Rate field, and the total updates automatically in real time.
Can I export the invoice as a PDF?
Yes, click the "Print / Save PDF" button to open the browser's print dialog. From there, select "Save as PDF" as the destination to generate a PDF file of your invoice.
Does the invoice include sender and client details?
Yes, you can fill in sender information (name, address, email) and client information (name, address, email) along with invoice number, date, and due date. All fields are reflected in the live preview.
Is my invoice data sent to any server?
No, all invoice data stays in your browser. No information is uploaded to any server, so your billing details remain completely private.
